BALLINA BYPASS

Project Details

WW Surveys provided survey management on this greenfield project.

This project saw the construction of a 12-km dual carriageway on the Pacific Highway, extending from the intersection of the Bruxner and Pacific Highways to just north of Ross Lane at Tintenbar. Construction involved 19 bridges, the use of 100,000 cubic metres of concrete and processing of more than 1 million tonnes of rock for reuse.

We were heavily involved in all aspects of the survey services, including working closely with the design team to regrade the southern half of the project (through the soft soil region), following consolidation of the settlement data.
