Details of our Senior Team are as follows:

Michael Wolf
Director
With 20+ years extensive civil surveying experience gained from working on such major projects as the Ballina Bypass and Transcity JV Legacy Way, Michael established WW Surveys in 2015 and was the Survey Manager for the Gold Coast Light Rail Project and the W2B Pacific Highway upgrade, before successfully leading the company to securing the Early Works contract and the Building & Services Survey package for one of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects, Cross River Rail.
Tony Byrnes
Operations Manager
Tony has experience across a broad range of mid & top tier civil and resource projects across Australia. Holding a Bachelors of Spatial Science and Engineering, majoring in Surveying and also an RePL UAV pilot license, Anthony is also a member of the Surveying & Spatial Science Institute (SSSI) and Registered and Endorsed as an Engineering Surveyor in QLD, ESP-AP. Anthony is truly passionate about the industry with a particular focus on building client relations, Survey Team management, efficient delivery of Survey as a service, technological advancements within the industry and multidisciplinary approaches to engineering problems within complex construction environments.
Matthew Byrnes
Operations Manager
Matthew is an experienced Survey Manager who understands both the technical and management aspects of rail, tunnelling and large-scale infrastructure construction, including Transcity JV Legacy Way, Gold Coast Light Rail, Cross River Rail & the W2B Pacific Highway upgrade. He has developed industry leading strengths in Survey Field management, high accuracy control networks, complex structural calculations and design interrogation.
Nathan James
Field Manager
Nathan has been instrumental in his role as Field Manager overseeing the finalisation of our Deception Bay Interchange project, and the commencement and ongoing works associated with the Gold Coast Light Rail - Stage 3. He has also had previous involvement at CRR’s Albert St Station, helping coordinate rail shutdown works in CRR’s Southern Area and also fulfill the Survey requirements for various contracts. He has proven experience working on large civil, mining and land projects across Australia and understands the technical and management aspects of projects.
Adnan Rostami
Senior Surveyor
Adnan is a self-driven professional who excels in mentoring others and takes pride in dedicating his time enhancing his team’s skills. He has worked on a variety of construction projects and has over 20 years' experience in highways, airports, bridges, tunnels and civil works. Adnan started with WWS in 2023 and after successfully working in the role of Senior Surveyor at the Cross River Rail project for the Boggo Road Station team, he is now focusing on leading the Roma Street team. Adnan will be instrumental in driving the northern areas of the CRR project through to completion.
Chris Doyle
Senior Surveyor
As an experienced Senior Surveyor, Chris has worked on numerous infrastructure projects, including major gas and water pipelines, both locally and across Australia accumulated from 15 years working in the industry. In these roles Chris has been involved with both field and office components, project coordination, along with covering liaison with clients and contractors. Chris is currently heading up our team on the Rail Integration & Systems portion of the CRR Project.
Damian Slepikowski
Data Manager / Senior Surveyor
Damian joined WWS in mid-2024 and has over twenty years of experience in the surveying game, which is a huge asset to any company. He has worked in both construction and mine surveying, together with involvement in major rail and TMR projects. Damian also has an extensive background in Data Management, providing end-of-month quantity calculations and survey conformance reporting. He joins our team in the role of Data Manager / Senior Surveyor, providing additional expertise to our already solid Senior Surveyor / Data Support Team.
Daniel Ebens
Senior Surveyor
Daniel’s major civil contracting roles include all aspects of Bridges, Rail, Arterial Road contracting, Structures and Services. Daniel joined WW Surveys in 2022 as a Senior Surveyor on the Mount Lindesay Highway Upgrade Project, which included all aspects of Project Survey Management. Upon completion of the MLHW Project, Daniel then moved to the Gold Coast Light Rail project, where he is currently working in the role of Senior Surveyor. Daniel is also a member of the Surveying & Spatial Science Institute (SSSI) and Registered Surveying Associate with the Surveyors Board of Queensland.
Joseph Katmale
Senior Surveyor
Joseph joined the WWS team in 2022, bringing with him experience associated with Civil, Infrastructure, Mining and Engineering Surveying. After successfully performing the role of 2IC of our Woolloongabba Station team on the Cross River Rail Project, Joseph was promoted to Senior Surveyor and is currently heading up the nightshift team on the Gold Coast Light Rail project.
Marcus Watson
Data Manager
Bringing with him over 10 years’ experience as a Data Manager, Marcus was a great addition to our team when he joined us in 2022. Marcus is a highly creative and multi-talented data manager with extensive experience in different projects. He is passionate about major civil infrastructure construction, has practical experience in all aspects of design, site supervision, planning and providing support to the project manager leading up to executing complex construction projects efficiently. Marcus has a strong background in conceptualisation and implementation of design solutions. He is a passionate and inventive creator of innovative design; accustomed to performing in deadline- driven environments.
Nick Watson
Senior Surveyor
As a surveyor with more than 20 years’ experience, Nick’s major civil contracting roles include all aspects of bridge, road, tunnel, mine infrastructure and rail. He has extensive knowledge of the survey requirements for delivering civil projects and the latest technologies including UAV’s, scanning and photogrammetry. Nick was one of the founding Directors of WW Surveys and now enjoys his role of Senior Surveyor working on the Cross River Rail project.
Pablo Garcia
Senior Surveyor
Pablo joined the WWS team in early 2023 and brings to the company an impressive and extensive background in the civil surveying realm. Pablo enjoys the challenge of working in a wide range of sectors and new projects and has extensive knowledge of engineering survey methods and measurement practices. Pablo is currently working on the Cross River Rail Project.
Ryan Arthurs
Senior Surveyor
Ryan joined the WWS team in 2021 bringing with him extensive civil experience in undertaking detail and contour surveys, construction set-out, as-con surveys and survey plans. Due to his work ethic and proven on-site ability whilst on the CRR Project, Ryan quickly progressed to a Senior Surveyor position on the Rail, Integration & Systems portion of the CRR Project. Since August 2024. Ryan has been leading the QTMP Project at Ormeau.
Vladimir Kuzmanovic
Senior Surveyor
Vladimir is a highly motivated and passionate Senior Surveyor, with previous experience working at Denmark’s largest construction company. His leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and industry knowledge, provide a great basis to head up the Boggo Road station team on the Cross River Rail project.
